Fabricius Michael is a Singaporean Spiritual Minister while his wife Magdalena is a Filipina. In June of 1987 he received his marching orders from the Lord of Jesus Christ to the Philippine Island. He discovered that almost 80% of the population live at the poverty level. Together with his wife they also discovered that helping to meet the needs of the people was an easy way to open the Filipino's eyes to the Gospel. Eventually they focussed services  on the disadvantaged and homeless children; marginalized and valnerable individuals, group and families; the abandoned, orphaned, abused, children in need of special protection; the out-of-school youth and other youth with special needs; women is especially difficult circumstances (WEDC) and persons with disabilities(PWDs).
